RESPONSIBILITIES: Mr. Arterbury's primary responsibility is
directing the design department for master planning and architectural projects,
development of client relations, coordination of consulting engineers,
operations of Arterbury Architects, Inc. and assisting company associates and
partners in satisfying client requirements while developing project design
programs. |

EXPERIENCE: Mr. Arterbury graduated from Texas
Tech University in December of 1977 with a Bachelor's Degree for Urban Design.
He began his career in Houston, Texas working for planning and architectural
firms on various project types, including medical, institutional, office and
specialty projects for both urban design and architectural design.
Mr.
Arterbury moved to Orlando, Florida in 1985 and joined Ray Scott and Associates
as director for the development for shopping center projects. In 1987 he opened
a firm with another architect titled Williams Arterbury Architects. During the
next two years he worked on various commercial and specialty projects including
office buildings, shopping centers and amusement facilities.
In 1989
Mr. Arterbury founded Arterbury Architects, Inc. with his twin brother, Cornell
Arterbury. Over the past thirteen years he has guided Arterbury Architects,
Inc. as president and head of master planning and architectural design. In 1997
he passed the Florida Modular Building Plans Review exam, and is now Florida
certified as a modular building plan reviewer.
Arterbury Architects,
Inc. specializes in providing full service planning and architectural design
services for institutional, commercial, industrial, and specialty projects. AAI
maintains a customer-based philosophy, which emphasizes working with owners,
consultants, contractors and other participants to meet their desired project
objectives.
