RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mr. Arterbury's primary responsibility is master planning and architectural design, directing the construction document department, construction administration, coordination of consulting engineers, operations of Arterbury Architects, Inc. and assisting company associates and partners in satisfying client requirements while developing project programs.

EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Arterbury graduated from Texas Tech University in December of 1977 with a five-year Bachelor's Degree for Urban Design. He began his career in Houston, Texas working for planning and architectural firms on various project types, including educational, institutional, office, interiors, industrial and hotel projects for both urban design and architectural design. Mr. Arterbury moved to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in 1985 working for Roy D. Smith and Associates on hotel, residential and yacht interiors constructed in Italy and Chile. He moved to Valdivia, Chile from 1987 to January of 1989. While in Chile he master planned apartment complexes and housing developments in association with a local architect.

Mr. Arterbury moved to Orlando in January of 1989 to form Arterbury Architects, Inc. with his twin brother, Cordell. Over the past fourteen years he has guided Arterbury Architects, Inc. as vice president and headed departments of construction document production and construction administration. In 1997 he passed the Florida Modular Building Plans Inspector exam, and is now Florida certified as a modular building inspector.

Arterbury Architects, Inc. specializes in providing full service planning and architectural design services for educational, institutional, commercial, industrial, and specialty projects. AAI maintains a customer-based philosophy, which emphasizes working with owners, consultants, contractors and other participants to meet their desired project objectives.
